Q: Do I really need a storm shelter?
A: Yes, if you want the greatest level of protection available. Your basement is probably the safest place in your house during a storm, but most basements aren't built to withstand gale-force winds. Many don't have concrete foundations. Even a finished, submerged basements can collapse in a storm if the walls are not properly reinforced.
Q:What kind of shelter is right for me?
A: It depends on what you need from your shelter. If you live in a flood-prone area, or you'd rather not break ground in your yard, a safe room may be the best choice for you. If you want a greater level of privacy and security, or if you don't have space in your house for a safe room, a bunker would be more suitable. Or representatives can hlep you make the right decision!
Q:Bunkers - how does fiberglass compare with concrete?
A:Fiberglass is more expensive than concrete, but it is non-conductive and more water resistant.
Q:Is installation included in the cost?
A: Yes!
Q:Are there additional fees or expenses?
A: Sales tax will be added to the price before invoice. If installation requires a building permit or if we have to use rock-breaking equipment, addtional fees may apply.
Q:Do you have a warranty?
A:All of our shelters are guaranteed against leaks for 10 years from date of purchase!
Q:Do you finance?
A:No, but we can refer you to a list of preferred lenders.
